This support system can come from anywhere but it's best if it comes from your loved ones who actually care about your life.

Smoking is expensive, it's disgusting, it ages you, etc. These will help you kick the habit because sometimes the urge to smoke can interfere with your normal thinking process and it can be hard to remember why you wanted to quit in the first place when that urge is so strong.

Soon, with the help of your stop smoking support group, the urge to smoke will pass and you'll be a non smoker before you know it.
